Response to ComReg's market review of Wholesale Local Access Markets 2023 for Virgin Media Ireland

Virgin Media Ireland commissioned SPC Network to prepare an expert report accompanying their own response to ComReg's 2023 review of the Wholesale Local and Wholesale Central Access Markets. The report focussed on three key pricing issues: anchor pricing, the margin squeeze test and Eir's ability to reduce prices.

This paper followed on from a market report SPC Network produced for Virgin Media Ireland in 2022 setting out our view of the broadband market in Ireland and how the 2023 market review could deter foreclosure and promote investment in FTTH.
