"The Future of Regulation": A report produced by SPC Network in partnership with Webb Henderson for ECTA.

2014 and 2015 are likely to see changes to the regulatory environment in Europe as the European Commission reviews its recommended list of relevant markets susceptible to ex ante regulation and the EU considers the "Connected Continent" legislative proposal. In the light of these two proposals, SPC Network in partnership with Webb Henderson was commissioned by the European Competitive Telecoms Association (ECTA) to write a major report assessing whether the change in market conditions justifies the proposed changes.
