ECTA Regulatory Scorecard 2010

SPC Network worked closely with ECTA and Jones Day to develop the 2010 Regulatory Scorecard comparing the regulatory environment in 22 EU and EEA Member States.

We were pleased once again to work with ECTA to help produce the 2010 Regulatory Scorecard, which has now become widely accepted as an authoritative assessment of regualtory developments in the European Union and beyond. This year's Scorecard covered 22 countries and 118 measures of regulatory effectiveness.
